At any and all sip & create events this agreement releases Hometown Kountry and 2chattychicks from all liability relating to damages or injuries that may occur at a Sip & Paint event either during or after the fact. By purchasing this ticket for said event YOU agree to hold Hometown Kountry or 2chattychicks entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for damages or injuries incurred, regardless of whether damages or injuries are caused by negligence.
