Shipping policy
RHDesigns by 2chattychicks wants to have an easy transition from ordering to receiving your products and shipping guidelines.
Order processing are all estimates – sometimes they will be quicker and sometimes they are slower. Our processing times depend on the volume and types of orders we receive. Orders with large quantities will be processed slower. Our normal processing time is 2 – 4 business days. Again, these processing times are estimates and trust that we are trying to get you your products as quickly as we can with our small team!
Shipping times are in addition to handling time.
Shipping estimates are unfortunately NOT guaranteed by carriers. Once your order leaves our Studio, the carrier service is responsible for meeting the shipping service you selected.
We appreciate your patience and please call or email if you have any questions! All orders received after-hours and on weekends, will start the process the following business day. If we are out-of-stock on any item, you will be notified immediately.
